I started this Youtube channel to document and help others see that it is possible to post simple and easy youtube video ideas any beginner can easily upload.

Over time, as I learn new digital skills through graphic software like Canva and Canva Pro, I found myself drawn to challenge myself to grow in my creative and technology skills.

Eventually I found myself creating online shops.

We all consume content but I find it is such a joy to create content! In this video, I produced a Canva video on how to be mentally healthy. Instead of giving mental health tips, I decided to put together a set of visuals that would be good for mental health.

There is a lot of wellness tips offered these days. I find that it’s essential for me to practice good mental health myself. Creative inspiration is hard to come by when you are in mental fatigue. If one doesn’t watch it, it is easy to fall into depression. Do you know overwork and burnout can lead to negative moods?

It’s easy meditation that anyone can try at home or at your workplace . I kept it short so that you can use it easily anywhere, anytime.
